The Committee on Science and Education recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Education” (re payment amount of an annual money reward for conscious work and exemplary performance of official duties by pedagogical personnel)

The bill (Reg. No. 2413) suggests amending article 57 of the Law “On education” in order to establish single approach to determining payment amount of an annual money reward to pedagogical personnel.

It was noted that adoption of the suggested amendments will promote protection of privileges established by the laws of Ukraine as well as compensations and guarantees; and will also determine amount and order of such payments.
